What is gym based training?
Gym Based Training is first person personal training with Nick at a location of your choosing. You will find it a unique experience personalized just for you. Simply complete the online questionnaires, fill out your goals, and Nicks Fit and firm will guide you through a customized session tailored to your specific goals, tastes, and preferences.
What is online based training?
Online Based Training is an alternative style of first person training. It still includes personal consultations and check ins as well as troubleshooting options. Instead of working out with Nick in person at the gym, work through the specially designed program and then feedback your results via check-ins. Simply complete the online questionnaires, fill out your goals, and Nicks Fit and Firm will guide you through a customized session tailored to your specific goals, tastes, and preferences.
How does it work?
Begin filling out your fitness profile by completing the online questionnaires 1 to 3. We will then compile your profile which helps us understand who you are. We then need to talk in person either at the gym or via Telephone to fully understand your goals, current fitness levels, injuries, and preferred style of training. Completing your profile should only take 15 minutes.
How much does it typically cost?
Having your own personal trainer is a fabulous privilege. We provide an affordable way to get quality personal training on a daily basis. Use Check-ins to supplement your other workouts, even use it every day to get instant feedback and troubleshooting as required. We have a wide variety of packages available to suit your budget as well as monthly offers and special promotions.
What does a program include?
You get a customized personal training session that will adapt to you over time. These are not generic workout patterns churned out by a computer based Algorithm. You get your own fitness specialist that will motivate you, educate you, and help you make the most of your time and energy. You receive access to "Ask Nick" any question about your session so you reach your goals safely and effectively. You get troubleshooting and session reviews. You also get advice on nutrition in support of your goals as well as what supplements to take. Hydration is vital too so this will be explained and you can adapt to the program.
What kinds of exercises will I do?
Your exercises are designed by following the highest professional standards in the fitness industry. Every set is based on actual movements we use every day. Translating squats, lunges, push ups, and other exercises into real human movement is what we strive for so you can move freely, lose weight, tone up, and feel stronger every day. You will see a combination of bodyweight and dumbbell exercises, cardio and core.
What equipment do I need?
Programs are designed with your specific personal circumstances and requirements in mind, including what equipment you have to hand and what is available to you locally.
How is the online training different than gym based personal training?
The Online Training experience is not merely generic, it's truly personalized for your goals, likes/dislikes, and level of fitness. Your program adapts to your input and feedback during the Check-in sessions. No two members have ever done the same workout! Just like a real session with a personal trainer, you give your feedback to Nick and the workout adjusts to you. Online packages can be used for training at, your home, office, or even your park can be your workout space. We encourage you to do your workouts in the comfort of your own space.
Who can use these programs?
Anyone that seeks a structured, challenging, and fun workout can use our product. We have exercises for all body types, ages, injuries, and fitness levels. Even Diabetics can benefit fully and in most cases diabetes can be eliminated.
When can I work out?
What does your schedule look like this week? Oh wait, it doesn't matter! You don't have to schedule around my availability to get your workout in - just do it on your own time. Anytime, anywhere!

Email is a good way to get in touch with us, and we aim to answer all inquiries within 24 hours. Our customer service is 100% and we want to be sure we give your email the time and attention it deserves.
How long are the workouts?
Being busy is the biggest obstacle to fitting a workout in during the day. Workouts are updated daily and will have a custom time frame recommended. However, you can choose to set your own timer and complete your workout in the amount of time you have available.
Can I lose weight?
You can absolutely lose weight. Your Online or Gym based program adapts to you and guarantees you will love every session. When you love what you are doing, the results come.
Can I request specific exercises or sets?
Of course you can! We will be in constant communication so we can adapt.
